  • Not to misuse contact details
  • Not to engage in illegal or fraudulent activity

Leaszo reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts/property listings violating rules.

4 Property Listings

  • Owners/agents are responsible for listing accuracy
  • Leaszo does not verify ownership or legality of properties
  • Users must verify property details independently

5 Paid Services (If Applicable)

  • Premium listings or agent promotions may be paid
  • Payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise

6 Limitation of Liability

Leaszo is not responsible for:

  • Property disputes
  • Financial loss between users
  • Rental agreements or transactions

All dealings are strictly between users.

7 Intellectual Property

  • All website content (logo, design, text) belongs to Leaszo
  • Unauthorized copying or misuse is prohibited

8 Termination

Leaszo may suspend or terminate access without notice if:

  • Terms are violated
  • Platform misuse is detected

9 Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of India
  • Any disputes shall be subject to Noida / Uttar Pradesh jurisdiction
